Can I modify or cancel a booking?
Yes. To modify or cancel a booking, it is necessary to provide notice with:
- 24 hours' notice for individual and couple bookings.
- 48 hours' notice for groups of more than 4 people.
Otherwise, the voucher will be considered redeemed.
Which days is the spa open?
The spa is open every day, including holidays, except:
- December 25

We have almond oil and neutral oil available for people with allergies. For aromatic massages, you can choose essences such as eucalyptus, lavender, and cinnamon.
