5.- PURCHASE OF GIFT CARD ONLINE
To buy a gift card you just have to follow the instructions through our website. Once the purchase is made, you will receive your gift voucher within a maximum period of 24 hours.
6.- VALITY OF GIFT CARD
The gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Once expired, the gift voucher loses its value.
Gift voucher reimbursement is not allowed under any circumstances, the treatment can be modified or another product purchased as long as they are of the same economic amount.
7.- BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDTIONS
To use a gift card, the beneficiary must contact us to arrange the day and time of his appointment, directly at NUAD THAI SPA, by phone at 648 89 02 35 or through our e-mail info@nuadthaispa.es
As a guarantee of your reservation, at the time of making your reservation, the communication of the full name that appears on the gift card will be requested.
On the day of your appointment, the client must present the gift card received. Without presenting the gift card, the treatment obtained cannot be carried out.
To make a modification or cancellation of a reservation, it is required to notify a minimum of 24 hours in advance (48 hours for group reservations of more than 4 people). Otherwise, the gift card will remain as consumed.
